It is time to start preparations for the 2027 Short-Term Rental (STR) Program. If you are interested in renting your home out on a short-term basis (less than 30 days), please complete and submit the application linked below: The application is due to the association office no later than October 31, 2026. Chili Cook-off is canceled this year due to lack of participation. All our social events are dependent upon community volunteers to lead and participate. Unfortunately, no one has volunteered to lead the event. If you would like to lead this event, please contact the office immediately.

The Social Committee needs a volunteer to lead the Chili Cookoff on Sept 5th (Saturday of Labor Day weekend). We are also open to new ideas for this event, so bring your ideas and your enthusiasm. The leader recruits participants and helpers, organizes the event, with support and funding from the social committee. Without a volunteer to lead, the event will be canceled this year.

Hello Sun Covers! We've got a schedule full of events for the 4th of July weekend. On Friday, July 3rd, Bruiser will be performing a concert at 8 pm on the stage. On Saturday, July 4th, the private roads will be closed at 10 am for the parade. Then, directly following the parade, there will be food and games in the park.
