New Dock Sizes + Traffic Flow to the Boat Launch

Hi Sun Cove Members,

We’ve got some exciting updates to share as we gear up for another beautiful summer at the cove!

🚗 New Boat Launch Road Traffic Pattern

Heads up! The Boat Launch Road now has a new entrance and exit flow to help ease congestion and keep things running smoothly.

• New Entrance: Watch for signage directing you into the updated entry lane.

  
  

• Exit-Only Lane: Once you're done launching, you'll loop out using a dedicated exit road.

  
  

• Golf Cart Friendly: A new bypass is in place for golf carts, plus a future golf cart parking area is in the works!

  🛑 Please note: The gates have not yet been installed, but will be shortly.

  
  

Tip: If your gate access doesn’t work, there’s a turnaround spot so you won’t get stuck.

🚤 New Dock Layout in Middle Cove

We’ve expanded our dock offerings with a mix of 24', 22', and 20' slips to better accommodate a variety of watercraft.
