Committees
Docks Committee
Chair: Chad Evans
The Dock Committee’s purpose is to efficiently and effectively research, plan, propose, and execute the member approved replacement of the deteriorating docks in our coves.
Firewise Committee
Chair: Jared Duffy
The Firewise committee is devoted to keeping our community safe from the threat of fire. There are many specific steps members can take to protect their own homes as well as the community in general.
Social Events Committee
Chair: Chris Davis
The Social Committee plans and orchestrates the many events and activities held each year in our community. Of all committees, this one needs the most volunteers to allow it to run smoothly. Consider signing up for a single event, or the committee as a whole!
Architectural Review Committee
Chair: Jave Ragan
The Architectural Review committee reviews, monitors and approves building and other applications for improvements on members’ lots.
Governance Committee
Chairs: Tammy Doherty & Valentina Zackrone
The governance committee drafts proposed updates to the various community governing documents as requested by the board.
Long Range Planning Committee
Chair: Bryan Wheeler
The long range planning committee assesses future needs and capital improvements for the community, researches possibilities and options, and presents them to the board and community for consideration.
Facilities & Maintenance Committee
Chair: Ron McGhee
The facilities and maintenance committee addresses improvements and maintenance of the numerous grounds and facilities that make our community beautiful and functional.
Communications Committee
Chair: Gretchen Froelich
The communications committee’s purpose is to increase the flow and availability of information to community members.
