Golf Cart Warning!

The Association has been receiving reports that they are seeing unlicensed drivers driving golf carts in the community, and the problem seems to be growing. This is not only against the rules but against the law and is a risk to our community losing its Golf Cart Zone privileges. Moving forward, our team will be focusing on stopping suspected underage drivers and asking for their licenses, even if they are with a licensed adult. The member will be fined $500 for underage driving in the community per our fees and fines schedule. Our goal is to keep our community safe and to protect our privileges. Please review the attached Golf Cart Rules and the Washington State RCW regarding Golf Cart Zones.
