2026 Short-Term Rental Program

It is time to apply for the 2026 Short-Term Rental (STR) Program. Applications are due no later than October 31st. You can access the application by clicking the file below:

Like last year, there will be an online workshop for any member interested in renting out their home on a short-term basis. Unlike last year, it is now mandatory for applicants to attend. If an applicant does not attend the workshop, their application will be denied.

The workshop will be held online via Zoom, and it will be held twice. The first time will be on September 24th at 6 pm and the second time will be on October 11th at 930 am. To attend the workshop, please register by clicking one of the buttons below:
