On Monday, February 15th, at 10 am the short-term rental lottery was held at the Association office.
There were 21 applicants for the 16 short-term rental slots.
The results of the lottery were as follows:

Members that were selected in the lottery, remember, your short-term rental fee must be received by the association by February 28 or you will lose your position. You will also need to review the Short Term Rental Rules and Requirements, sign them, and return them to the association office.
Please note that for 2022, there will be a change in the Lottery dates. Per the new Covenants, applications will need to be received by 10/31/2021 and the lottery will take place on 11/15/2021.
